The Champagne Dosage zero NV is a fine Champenoise method sparkling wine produced by Bruno Paillard. As for this Champagne Dosage zero NV, produced with 50% blending with Vin de Reserve, obtained from a selected property in thirty Cru of the Montagne de Reims and Vallée de la Marne, a greater percentage of Pinot Meunier, softer compared to Pinot Noir. Fermentation takes place in wood as well as maturation for a period of 4 years, with 6 months of settling on the bottle after dégorgement. It is a Champagne not too structured, but very drinkable and elegant: delicate nose and fresco with notes of citrus, ginger, herbs, and pastry aromas. The sip is fresh and pleasant, but balanced, and ends with a mineral finish.
