Vinruss Francesco Versio
Francesco Versio's Vinruss is a blend of the last pressing of Nebbiolo from Barbaresco and Dolcetto from Dogliani, which is put on the market after a short period of rest in glass. It is a wine that the French like to define as "vin de soif", and therefore easy to drink, while maintaining intact the Langhe soul that rightfully belongs to it. An extremely drinkable and delicious red wine, in perfect harmony between the structure of Nebbiolo and the fruity fragrance of Dolcetto. Ideal on a barbecue of ribs and sausages, better if served chilled; be careful because one bottle is not enough!
