Delivery

 Orders are processed and shipped the same day of receipt, if made before 10:00 am, the purchase of custom accessories or bottles with custom labels do not affect the processing time.

Orders placed after 10:00 am are processed and shipped the next business day.

Normally the delivery is made in 24-48 working hours from the time of shipment, at the time of entrusting the parcels to the courier is sent by mail tracking with which you can track in real time the status of delivery.

The times are not exhaustive but only indicative and always refer to working days, deliveries may be delayed due to force majeure such as strikes, labor unrest, weather and more.

Express Shipping (24 hours, only Italy)

For the main cities and provinces in Italy is available a fast delivery service guaranteed by the courier in 24 hours (excluding the provinces and cities of Calabria, Sicily and Sardinia).

If the order is placed before 10:00 am, the processing and shipment will be made the same day.

All orders placed after 10:00 am will be processed and shipped the next business day and delivered within 24 hours from the time of shipment.
