A Temps 2019 Alvaro Gonzalez Marcos
A Temps 2019 is a white wine produced by Alvaro Gonzalez Marcos using natural methods. It is made from Xarel.lo & Parellada grapes from the region of Penedès, Catalonia, Spain, from vines more than 50 years old growing on a clay-loam and limestone soil. Thinning out takes place after veraison to increase the concentration of the skins, on which the must macerates for 3 days in stainless steel tanks. The wine then ages for 5 months in the same containers before being bottled. Intense straw yellow in colour, this A temps expresses a lively nose of yellow fruit such as apricot, peach and green apple for a medium-bodied and beautifully fresh sip.
REGION: Penedès, Catalonia, Spain.
VINEYARDS: Xarel.lo & Parellada.
VINIFICATION: Maceration on the skins for 3 days, fermentation in stainless steel aged on the lees for 5 months before bottling, no filtration or clarification.
