We are dealing with a wine that best expresses the parietal and terroir characteristics of its area.
This Chardonnay is born in the municipality of Arbois at about 400 meters on soils characterized by blue marl. The vineyards are all cultivated in pure biodynamics, while the land has been in organic cultivation since 1999.
It is a round, fresh and balanced wine, with notes of beautiful minerality, citrus fruits and white fruit.
Pale and lively straw-colored, the scent is immediately distinguishable, cold and chalky, with rain water, moss, sweet almond in a very slight olfactory style, rancor of camphor / dried walnut / straw. The palate is of medium weight, with a vibrant entrance, a mouth center at the correspondence and slightly fruity and a wonderful finish, straight, dry, clean of chalk powder. Really persistent.
