Barbaresco "Reyna" 2004 Michele Chiarlo

Michele Chiarlo's Reyna is a great expression of Barbaresco, a great Piedmontese wine produced in Langhe. It is produced with Nebbiolo grapes which are aged for 18 months in large cask and 12 months in bottle.

Garnet red in color, Barbaresco Reyna has a bouquet of rose petals and musk, red berries jam, tobacco, cocoa spices and leather. The taste is velvety, with good body and smooth tannins.

VINIFICATION: Long maceration on skins, two years of aging in large barrels and one year in bottle.
