Barolo Parafada 2019 Palladino
Barolo "Parafada" 2019 is a fine wine produced by Palladino. It is a Barolo made from Nebbiolo grapes, grown within one of the crus that of the municipality of Serralunga d’Alba, and which gives its name to the label, Parafada. The vineyards are located between 260 and 370 meters above sea level, with excellent exposure to the south. Fermentation takes place in steel, while maturation takes place first for 24 months in large oak barrels, and then, after bottling, for another 12 months directly in glass. This "Parafada" is a Barolo that shows a bright garnet red color; The nose is complex, with balsamic and spicy aromas that blend with hints of ripe red fruit. In the mouth it is full-bodied, with good freshness and minerality; persistent.
