Barolo Serradenari 2016 Giulia Negri
Barolo Serradenari 2016 is a red wine produced by Giulia Negri. It is a wine that identifies the Morra territory through two words: elegance and freshness, characteristics highlighted by the fact that the Serradenari vineyard, from which the grapes with which this wine is produced come, is located in one of the highest points of the Barolo denomination , almost 500 meters high. Floral notes, a fresh and fragrant fruit, accompanied by spicy sensations, are the distinctive notes of this interesting version of Barolo. Barolo Serradenari by Giulia Negri ferments with indigenous yeasts in truncated cone vats of 60 hectoliters, with maceration on the skins for about 40 days. Subsequently, the wine ages for at least 30 months in 25 hectolitre Slavonian oak barrels. It shows an intense garnet red color; the nose gives a bouquet of flowers, fresh fruit, in a frame of spices, licorice and humus. In the mouth it is fruity, harmonious with soft tannins and a long savory finish.
