Chateau Chambon 2020 Marcel Lapierre
"Chateau Cambon 2020" is a red Burgundy wine from the Beaujolais area produced in collaboration between Domaine Marcel Lapierre and Jean-Claude Chanudet, using natural methods without sulfites or other chemicals. It is obtained from 60 years old Gamay vines.
After a first carbonic maceration, the alcoholic fermentation takes place spontaneously with indigenous yeasts in steel tanks. The aging process is followed by a resting period of some months in used oak casks which gives smoothness and widens the olfactory range. Bottling is done without adding sulfur dioxide.
This label from Marcel Lapierre winery shows in the glass a delicate ruby red color, while the nose expresses a rich bouquet of small red berried fruits and spices, for a fresh and dynamic sip.
