Beaujolais Village Marylou 2019 Guy Breton
Beaujolais Village Marylou is a French fine wine produced by Guy Breton. We are in Burgundy, more precisely in Beaujoulais, and Breton is one of the 4 vigneron who moved to ensure that this area was recognized not only for new wines, but for bottles of personalities born from a land with great potential. Thus was born Marylou, name dedicated to her eldest daughter, obtained from 100% Gamay, from 45-year-old vineyards of a small piece of land of about 0.5 acres. Natural wine produced with traditional methods, zero sulphites and minimal interventions in the vineyard and in the cellar, the Beaujoulais Village Marylou is a light and drinkable wine, lively and joyful: ruby red at the sight, it gives hints of fruit like strawberry and cherry to the nose; in the mouth it is medium bodied with a nice freshness and softness. Little alcohol and a lot of pleasure for this beautiful and pure expression of Beaujoulais red.
