Beaune Greves Premier Cru 2021 Domaine Rapet
Beaune Greves Premier Cru 2021 is a fine wine produced by Domaine Rapet. The Pinot Noir comes from vines over 50 years old, growing on steep slopes, on gravelly and sandy soils that are particularly favourable for growing vines. This area is the most famous and extensive of the Cote de Beaune, from which very elegant wines are produced.
The aim is to obtain the fullness of the fruit through complete ripening of the grapes, and tannin that is present but in a delicate way. After manual harvesting and a precise selection of the grapes directly in the vineyard, fermentation takes place for 15 days with punching down, while ageing takes place in barriques of which only 30% are new.
Rapet's Beaune Greves Premier Cru 2021 shows a beautiful bright ruby red colour, with a bouquet of dark fruits such as raspberries and a powerful, spicy sip with delicate tannins. A great red wine produced by the skilled hands of Vincent and Sylvette using sustainable methods in full respect of the terroir, with a predominantly fruity, elegant and sumptuous profile.
