Bianco Jeune 2019 Chateau Musar
Bianco Jeune 2019 is a white wine from Lebanon produced naturally by Chateau Musar. It is made from a blend of Italian and French white grapes: Viognier, Vermentino and Chardonnay, which are grown in the renowned Beeka Valley area of Lebanon, on a soil with gravelly soil and calcareous subsoil that is highly suitable for giving these grapes extremely elegant wines.
The work of Chateau Musar is based on a maniacal attention to all the production phases, from the vineyard to the cellar, in order to obtain authentic and genuine wines that speak purely of their territory. Fermentation takes place spontaneously in steel tanks, where malolactic fermentation also takes place, followed by 3 months of ageing, also in steel.
Château Musar's Bianco Jeaune 2019 shows a light straw yellow colour to the eye; on the nose it expresses a rich bouquet of white fruit and notes of aromatic herbs, for a balanced sip between structure, freshness and minerality.
