Bianco Terre Siciliane IGT 2020 SRC

Bianco Terre Siciliane IGT 2020 is a natural white wine from Sicily produced by SRC. It is made from a blend of Carricante grapes plus other indigenous varieties from the island, which grow on black volcanic soils at high altitudes.

Processed according to principles that are totally sustainable and respectful of the surrounding territory, including the prohibition of using chemicals or minimising human intervention both in the vineyard and in the cellar, this wine undergoes cold maceration for 12 hours, then ferments spontaneously in small steel containers where it continues to age for a few months.

SRC's Bianco Terre Siciliane is a fresh, Mediterranean wine with a hint of the sea. Intense straw yellow in colour, it expresses lively aromas of iodine, Sicilian citrus fruits and Mediterranean herbs on the nose, while the taste is pleasant and refreshing, with a savoury finish.
