Bordeaux Côtes de Francs "Emilien" 2015 Magnum Château le Puy
This red wine from Bordeaux produced with natural methods is made from a blend of grapes typical of the region (85% Merlot, 14% Cabernet Sauvignon, 1% Carménère). Grapes used for the production of this Bordeaux Côtes de Francs "Emilien", produced by Château le Puy, are hand harvested and selected, then they are completely destemmed before being pressed. After spontaneous fermentation in cement tanks, the wine is aged for two years partly in barrique and partly in large casks. Ruby red in color with garnet hues, it expresses on the nose aromas of red fruits such as plum, blackberry, cherry and woody notes. The taste is full, structured, persistent with silky tannins.
