Bourgogne Aligoté Vieilles Vignes 2020 Domaine Larue
Bourgogne Aligoté Vieilles Vignes 2020 is a white Burgundy wine produced by Domaine Larue. It is made from 100% Aligoté grapes from old vines located in the regional and communal appellation area around Saint-Aubin.
After precise monitoring of ripening, the grapes are harvested by hand and brought to the cellar in small crates. Alcoholic fermentation takes place at a low temperature in stainless steel vats, followed by ageing on fine lees.
Malolactic fermentation takes place early, to allow bottling in the spring. This Bourgogne Aligoté Vieilles Vignes 2020 shows a pale straw yellow colour in the glass, bright and clear. Its nose is delicate and elegant, characterised by clear notes of white flowers, for a fresh and light sip.
