Bourgogne Blanc 2019 Domaine Philippe Livera

This 2019 Bourgogne Blanc is a beautiful interpretation of Chardonnay produced by talented Pinot Noir winemaker Damien Livera. As with all the other labels in the range, this wine is produced with great attention to quality and respect for terroir.

The Chardonnay grapes come from a soil rich in limestone, vinified spontaneously with indigenous yeasts and matured in oak barrels for between 11 and 18 months.

The 2019 Bourgogne Blanc from Domaine Philippe Livera expresses hints of yellow fruit, mineral salts and notes of butter on the nose, while the palate is full of tension and freshness.
