The Domaine quickly established itself in Santenay, in the Cote De Beaune, for the elegance and quality of their wines, which are endowed with great balance and harmony. The estate is not certified but works responsibly and carefully to reflect the characteristics of the individual terroirs in an authentic way. This Bourgogne Blanc 2019, made from 100% Chardonnay grapes, expresses aromas of white fruits and floral hints of acacia flowers and honey on the nose, for a full-bodied and intense sip balanced by a nice dose of acidity. It is ideal to be tasted in its youth in order to express at its best the pleasant freshness that distinguishes it.
