Bourgogne Blanc Côte d'Or Vielles Vignes 2017 Jean Philippe Fichet
Bourgogne Blanc Vielles Vignes is a fine French wine produced by Domaine Jean Philippe Fichet. 100% Chardonnay derived from old vineyards of two particles planted on clay and limestone soils: "Les Millerands" is located on the edge of the village of Meursault while "Les Pellands" is a Burgundy denomination listed at the prices of the Premier Cru Charmes, therefore offers a exceptional terroir worthy of the great Meursault. At sight it appears delicate straw yellow in color; the nose expresses hints of acacia and honeysuckle with a citrus note. In the mouth, in addition to the scents already perceived on the nose, it is straight and savory, later revealing its more complex aromas such as white peach and a marked minerality.
