Bourgogne Cardonnay 2015 is a French natural wine produced by Pierre Morey. It is a white Burgundy wine obtained from Chardonnay grapes grown in a natural way without added sulphites from vineyards from Monthelie, Pommard, Puligny-Montrachet and Meursault, on clay-limestone soils. It spontaneously ferments in oak pièces with frequent batting and aging in the same for 18 months. Bourgogne Chardonnay by Morey is a fresh, full-bodied and savory wine. A "little Meursault" that lives up to its older brother in terms of structure and aging potential.
