Bourgogne Cote-d'Or "Les Buees" 2020 Domaine Larue

Bourgogne Cote-d'Or Les Buees 2020 is a white wine from Burgundy produced by Domaine Larue. It is made from Pinot Noir grapes from old vines located in the climat of "Fontaine Sot", in the regional and communal appellation area of Chassagne-Montrachet.

After precise monitoring of ripeness, the grapes are harvested by hand and brought to the winery in small crates. The grapes are lightly crushed, the juice comes out of a pneumatic press and is then deposited. Bottling takes place by gravity and the must ferments in a large 23 hectolitre oak or foudre barrel, where the wine ages for 10 months on its fine lees, after which it is blended, refined and bottled after a light filtration.

This Bourgogne Blanc Les Buées shows in the glass a brilliant and limpid straw yellow colour. Its nose is fine, elegant, slightly toasted, while the sip reveals a nice roundness with a lively and precise finish.
