Bourgogne De Sousa 2022 Petit Roy

Bourgogne De Sousa 2022 is a red wine from Burgundy produced by Domaine Petit Roy using biodynamic methods. It is made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes, from vines grown biodynamically on clay-limestone soils. The grapes are harvested by hand and macerated with 100% of the stalks, and aged in used oak barrels.

It is a red wine with great elegance, freshness and fruit. To the eye it shows an intense ruby red colour with purple hues, while the nose reveals wonderful aromas of red and black fruits and sweet spices. The taste is well balanced between freshness and sapidity and depth of drink, with tannins present but delicate, well blended with the body of the wine.
