Bourgogne Hautes-Côtes de Beaune Rouge 2020 Agnes Paquet
Domaine Agnès Paquet's Hautes-Côtes de Beaune red 2020 is made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes from a parcel located in Meloisey, in the Hautes Côtes de Beaune, from vines that are about thirty years old and grow on a shallow soil of clay and limestone.
The grapes are harvested by hand, fermentation is spontaneous and takes place in cement tanks for a period of 15-20 days, while the wine is aged in partially new barrels.
This Bourgogne has an intense ruby red colour and a nose that offers scents of small black fruits such as cherries and blueberries and spicy notes. The taste is fresh and precise, at the same time soft and pleasant.
