Bourgogne Hautes Côtes de Nuits "Myosotis Arvensis" 2019 Domaine Henri Naudin Ferrand
Bourgogne Hautes Côtes de Nuits "Myosotis Arvensis" 2019 is a beautiful Burgundy wine produced using natural methods by Domaine Henri Naudin Ferrand. This cuvée is the expression of several plots of land with high quality potential: "Les Tilles", "La Croix", "Les Chaumes" and "Le Champ Lavoca".
The grapes are harvested by hand, fermentation is intracellular (i.e. carried out with whole grapes without destemming) without the addition of sulphites. The wine is then placed in new barrels at 6%, where it remains to refine on its lees until bottling.
Deep ruby red in colour, this Bourgogne Hautes Côtes de Nuits "Myosotis Arvensis" 2019 expresses an intense nose of small red fruits such as blueberry and blackcurrant, along with hints of wood. The sip is medium-bodied with considerable acidity that predisposes it well to ageing.
