Bourgogne Pinot Noir "de l'Aube a l'Aube" 2019 Domaine Maryse Chatelin
Bourgogne Pinot Noir 'de l'Aube a l'Aube' 2019 is a fine Burgundy wine produced by Domaine Maryse Chatelin. It is made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes growing in the Maconnais from a 1.8 ha vineyard in Uchizy, at an altitude of 320 metres on clay-limestone soils with an iron-rock subsoil.
This wine is produced using natural methods that include spontaneous fermentation in barriques with 10 days of maceration and subsequent ageing for 18 months in new 600-litre barrels. Bottled by gravity, it is not filtered and no sulphur is used.
Maryse Chatelin's "de L'Aube a l'Aube" Bourgogne Pinot Noir 2019 expresses an intense ruby red colour to the eye, while the nose offers notes of red fruits including strawberry and raspberry, spicy and earthy notes. On the palate, we find the deliciousness of red fruit, earthy notes and plenty of freshness that makes the sip pleasant and drinkable.
