Bourgogne Rouge Montre Luc 2019 Domaine de La Cras

Bourgogne Rouge Montre Luc 2019 is a red wine from Burgundy produced by Domaine de la Cras, made from Pinot Noir grapes from vines that were planted in 1983 and 2001 on clay-limestone soil, cultivated according to biodynamic viticulture methods.

The wine ferments with 70% inclusion of the stems in the carbonic maceration method, while it is aged for 15 months in used oak barrels.

Bourgogne Rouge Montre Luc 2019 from Domaine de la Cras is light garnet red in colour and slightly opaque, while the nose offers aromas of red fruits, earthy notes and minerals. The sip is quite fresh, light and enjoyable.
