Brut Al Ment 2019 Jardi Llorens
Brut Al Ment 2019 is a Spanish natural red wine produced by Jardi Llorens. It is made from a blend of red grapes typical of the Catalonia region such as Sumoll rouge, Garnacha, Moscatell and Syrah, processed according to natural methods.
This wine macerates on skins and stalks for a week and ferments spontaneously in terracotta amphorae, a material much appreciated by Jardi. It is then aged for six months in the same containers. The Brut Al Ment is a "brutal" wine as its name suggests, in the sense that it is characterised by great power and intensity, balanced however by a good dose of freshness.
Intense ruby red in colour, it offers intense, mouth-watering aromas of ripe red fruit, flowers and spices against a mineral background. The sip is juicy and refreshing, with silky tannins, deliciousness and long taste-olfactory persistence.

GRAPE VARIETIES: Sumoll rouge, Garnacha, Moscatell, Syrah.
VINIFICATION: Maceration on skins and stems for 1 week and spontaneous fermentation in terracotta amphorae. Racking and ageing for 6 months in the same containers.
