Brutal 2018 Les Bories Jefferies

Brutal 2018 is a red wine from Launguedoc Roussilon produced by Domaine Les Bories Jefferies. It is made from a blend of 60% Grenache Noir grapes, plus two other vines typical of the region such as Cinsault (20%) and Carignan (20%), which macerate for 5 days whole cluster in the Grenache must, before being pressed. This wine is made according to the principles of natural agriculture, where each stage is carefully followed and no chemicals are used, plus minimal intervention in the vineyard and cellar. It is a lively, drinkable red wine, characterised by a very fruity nose enriched by mineral and balsamic notes. The taste is very fresh and snappy, with excellent drinkability.
