Description

Chablis 2019 Domaine Dominique Gruhier

Chablis 2019 is a fine natural wine produced by the Domaine Dominique Gruhier. The grapes come from 4 different plots located south-east and south-west of the denomination, on 100% Kimméridgien soil and sub-soil. The diversity of the areas of origin allows a greater richness and complexity of the aromatic profile of this Chablis which plays mainly on minerality, fully reflecting the characteristics of the terroir. It is a wine with a bright straw color, which faithfully expresses the territory of origin to the nose, with evident iodine and minarel notes, followed by hints of floreal and white fruit on a background of fresh bread. In the mouth it is delicate but complex, with fruity hints of pear and fresh citrus fruits, against a background of hinted vanilla. Great freshness and good balance for this classy Chablis, easy to drink.
