Chablis Bel-Air et Clardy 2020 Domaine De Moor

This "Bel-Air et Clardy" 2020 Chablis from Domaine De Moor is made from 100% Chardonnay grapes processed according to natural viticultural principles. Grapes are harvested by hand, fermentation is spontaneous and aging takes place for 12 months in used oak casks. Bel-Air et Clardy is an authentic Chablis, deep and structural with a markedly mineral character. The wine shows a straw yellow color with a fresh and intense nose made of ripe yellow fruit such as apple, citrus fruits, a hint of beeswax and dried fruit such as hazelnut, followed by marked mineral nuances. The sip is full bodied, balanced and persistent.
