Chablis Magnum 2016 Isabelle et Denis Pommier
Isabelle et Denis Pommier's Chablis is a high-quality white wine produced in the Burgundy region of France. The grapes used for its production are 100% Chardonnay, grown in vineyards located in the Chablis area.
The grapes are grown using sustainable farming techniques that prioritize the preservation of biodiversity and the reduction of environmental impact. In particular, the Pommier family is committed to integrated vine disease management, using only natural and organic products for plant defense.
Isabelle et Denis Pommier's production philosophy is based on a balance between tradition and innovation, with the aim of preserving the identity and quality of the terroir. After harvest, the grapes are gently pressed and undergo fermentation in stainless steel, with subsequent maturation in oak barrels for about 6-12 months.
Isabelle et Denis Pommier's Chablis has a bright straw yellow color and a delicate and complex aromatic bouquet, with notes of white fruit, citrus, white flowers and mineral nuances. The palate is characterized by good acidity, with pleasant freshness and a long aromatic persistence.
