Chablis Terroir de Chablis 2019 Patrick Piuze

In this journey through the different terroirs of Chablis, which Patrick Piuze is able to interpret like few others, we find this white wine of great value and personality. The grapes for the production of this Chablis Terroir come from two plots, both facing north, very close to the 1er Cru Montmains.

Piuze opts for long, spontaneous fermentations in steel vats, thanks to which its wines display remarkable balance both on the nose and in the mouth.

The 2019 Chablis Terroir de Chablis wears a luminous straw yellow colour, while a bouquet of citrus mixture, apple, honey, white flowers and chalk leaps out of the nose. The sip is lively and authentic, balanced between body and sapidity, elegant, long and concentrated on the finish.
