Champagne 1er Cru Brut Platine Maillart
Champagne 1er Cru Brut Platine is a fine Champagne produced by Maillart. It is a cuvée obtained mainly from 63% Pinot Noir, plus a percentage of 23% Chardonnay and 14% Pinot Meunier, all coming exclusively from Premiers and Grands Crus of the Montagne de Reims, in particular from the villages of Bouzy, Ecueil and Villers Allerand.
To the current vintage, a high percentage of vin de réserve is added, which are aged in barrels and give complexity and great balance to this label. The Champagne 1er Cru Brut Platine has a warm golden yellow colour with a fine, numerous and persistent perlage.
The nose expresses fruity scents, especially apple, and then evolves towards notes of ripe fruit, spices and toasted hints. The mouth is fresh but still structured, elegant.
