Champagne Authentic Meunier is a fine wine produced by the Apollonis company. It is made from 100% Pinot Meunier grapes from 35-year-old vines, and the special feature that characterises all the labels in the range is that Michel Loriot believes that music interacts with both the plants and the wine. For this reason, gentle melodies accompany all the various stages of production, from the vineyard to the winery. This Authentic Meunier expresses a warm golden yellow colour, with fine and persistent bubbles. The nose offers fruity notes of pear and melon with a hint of fresh butter. In the mouth it is fresh, savoury but harmonious, with a long persistent finish.
