Champagne Blanc de Blancs 2009 William Deutz
The Champagne Blanc de Blancs 2009 is a fine wine produced by Maison William Deutz. It is a historic label of which the Maison is particularly fond, created in 1965: a bubble of great character and elegance characterised by oxidative hints. It is made from 100% Chardonnay grapes and is matured on the lees in the bottle for 48 months. This Champagne Deutz shows in the glass a straw yellow colour with a fine and persistent bubble, while the nose offers distinct mineral aromas, together with notes of flowers and fruit. The taste is elegant and structured, ripe but supported by a nice freshness.
