This champagne is traditionally vinified and aged for at least 4 years on the lees. The result is a wine with a straw yellow color and greenish highlights, characterized by a fine and persistent perlage. On the nose, you can perceive notes of citrus, white flowers, dried fruit, and a delicate hint of butter. On the palate, it is dry, elegant, with good acidity and a finish of citrus and toasted almonds.
