Champagne Blanc de Blancs Ruinart
Ruinart Blanc de Blancs is a fine Champagne produced by Ruinart, a renowned French bubbly producer. The historic company produces this label which represents one of the most prestigious Champagnes in the world, made from 100% Chardonnay grapes, only from premier cru vines grown between the areas of the Côte des Blancs and the Montagne de Reims. The characteristic of this cuvée is that 20/25% of it is made up of Chardonnay reserves from the two previous vintages. Once bottled, the Ruinart Champagne is left to rest in the traditional chalk cellars, the crayères, for 36 months on the lees. It is characterized by a bright straw yellow color with golden reflections, and a fine and persistent perlage. The nose is invaded by fresh fruity and citrus aromas and sweet wood. In the mouth it is creamy and enveloping, balanced between softness and freshness.
