Champagne Brut Nature Bernard Robert
The Champagne Brut Nature Zéro Dosage by Bernard Robert embodies the authentic essence of Champagne. With a bright straw-yellow color and a fine, persistent perlage, it offers a fruity and floral bouquet on the nose, enriched by delicate yeast notes. On the palate, it is intense and enduring, with a dry and elegant freshness that captivates the senses.
For its 70th anniversary, Maison Bernard Robert created this Champagne without the addition of sugars, preserving the purity of its authentic flavors. With a blend of 60% Pinot Noir, 20% Pinot Meunier, and 20% Chardonnay sourced from the renowned Côte des Bar region, this Champagne reveals the complexity of its limestone-clay terroir.
The grapes, manually harvested with selective picking, undergo gentle pressing and classic vinification followed by long aging on lees for 84 months. This process confers impeccable structure and a richness of aromas to the wine.
The blend of Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier, and Chardonnay imparts a lively and generous character to this Champagne, accentuated by aging for at least 2 years in the cellar. The result is a wine of great finesse and freshness, recognized with prestigious awards such as the silver medal at the Concours Général Agricole de Paris.
Vibrant and expressive, this Champagne is ideal as an aperitif or paired with seafood and sushi, offering a unique and unforgettable experience.
