Champagne Brut Reserve Billecart-Salmon
Champagne Brut Reserve is a fine Champagne produced by Billecart-Salmon. The company blends tradition and innovation to produce this interesting label with a brut dosage of 8 g/l, an elegant and harmonious Champagne obtained from three vintages of vines from the best terroirs of the Marne: Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier. The vinification of the base wines takes place in vats, and after malolactic fermentation, the Cuvée is created, containing 50-60% reserve wines, and the wine is left to age on the lees for 30 months plus 5-6 years in the bottle. Luminous golden yellow in colour with a fine, numerous and persistent perlage, this Brut Reserve from Billiecart-Salmon offers a mouth-watering bouquet of fruit, including ripe pear, and floral notes. The sip is lively and precise, harmonious and rich.
