Champagne Reserve Fournier
Champagne Reserve is a fine Champagne produced by Fournier. It is made mainly from 80% Meunier grapes, plus 10% Pinot Noir and 10% Chardonnay from different terroirs.
This Champagne is made from a blend of grapes harvested in the current vintage plus 40% perpetual reserve wines that give this bottle great balance and harmony. After the second fermentation, it is matured on its lees in the bottle for over 48 months, before the final dosage of 6 g/l.
The Champagne Brut Reserve of Domaine Thierry Fourier shows in the glass a beautiful bright golden yellow colour with a fine, numerous and persistent perlage. The nose expresses aromas of yellow fruit, nuts and dried fruit, citrus fruits. The taste is rich and balanced between softness and a nice freshness. Elegant and persistent.
