Champagne Brut Réserve Magnum Bérèche et Fils
Champagne Brut Réserve is a fine French Champagne produced by the Maison Bérèche et Fils. It is a classic style Champagne obtained by assembling in equal parts the three traditional vines Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier, coming from 40-year-old vineyards in the areas of Ludes, Ormes, Mareuil-le-port, Trépail. Each single parcel is vinified separately to enhance the characteristics of the terroir, partly in wood and partly in steel. After a few months of aging on the lees, the Cuvées are created from the base wines of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Meunier plus a 35% reserve wine of previous thousandths, which gives greater balance to the wine. The refermentation takes place in the bottle with settling on the lees for at least 24 months. This fine Brut Réserve is an elegant, fresh and pleasant yet creamy and consistent Champagne: bright straw yellow, it shows a bouquet of refined white flowers, delicate fruity aromas, hints of bread crust and light toasted notes. In the mouth it is fresh and mineral, fruity, with good body and quite persistent.
