Champagne Carte d'Or Drappier
Champagne Carte d'Or is a fine wine produced by Drappier. It is made from a blend of 75% Pinot Noir, 15% Chardonnay and 10% Meunier grown organically.
It is practically an "almost" Blanc de Noirs that in fact expresses great richness and power, while remaining very elegant and refined, in the style of Drappier. After refermentation, this Champagne matures in the bottle with its own yeasts for a full 5 years, with a final Brut dosage of 6 g/l.
The Drappier Carte d'Or expresses an intense golden yellow colour in the glass, with a fine, numerous and persistent perlage. The nose offers a bouquet of berries, citrus fruits and pastries, with a spicy finish. In the mouth it offers a rich and powerful sip, elegant and very persistent.
