Champagne Ivoire et Ebene 2013 Aubry
Champagne Ivoire et Ebene 2013 is a fine Champagne produced by Aubry. It is a complex and elegant Champagne that ages for a long time in the bottle and offers fresh citrus aromas, notes of yellow fruit and nuances of toasted nuts.
The cuvée Ivoire et Ebène was created in 1982 with grapes from a parcel planted with Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier, which are vinified separately in old used barrels. The delicacy of the Chardonnay blends with the fruity structure of the Meunier, creating a great balance. After the cuvée has been created, the Champagne rests sur lattes for at least 48 months before dégorgement.
The 2013 Champagne Ivoire et Ebene from Maison Aubry is pale straw yellow in colour, with a fine, numerous and persistent perlage. The nose expresses an intense bouquet of flowers, citrus and yellow fruit, yeast and bakery. The sip is rich and aromatic, balanced by a beautifully fresh finish.
