Champagne La Belle Annee 2012 Denis Salomon
Champagne La Belle Annee 2012 is a fine Champagne produced by Denis Salomon. It is a blend of the three classic Champagne grape varieties: 25% Meunier, 40% Pinot Noir and 35% Chardonnay. The best grapes from the villages of Vandières and Verneuil, in the heart of the Marne Valley, are used for its production. Only first-press juices from highly concentrated and spicy fruits are vinified. This is a more complex Champagne than others in the Salomon range, with a beautiful golden colour, a nose that offers a layered bouquet of ripe fruit and spices, notes of yeast and pastry, while the sip is rich but balanced. Ideal for an "all Champagne" meal.
