Chassagne Montrachet 1er Cru "Les Vergers" 2019 is a white wine produced by Domaine Amiot, obtained from old Chardonnay vines facing north-east at high altitudes, which give life to a very fresh, elegant and mineral wine.

For the production of this label, as for all the others of the Domaine Guy Amiot, great attention is paid to respecting the terroir and achieving the highest quality of the grapes. After fermentation, the wine ages for about 12 months in French oak barriques. Chassagne Montrachet 1er Cru "Les Vergers" 2019 expresses a straw yellow color with greenish reflections.

The nose reveals a fresh and refined bouquet with floral aromas, white fruit and mineral salts. The sip is very fresh and dynamic, we find the floral aromas that we had perceived on the nose, the tea, the almond, for a mineral finish.
