Chassagne Montrachet Vieilles Vignes 2019 Guy Amiot
Chassagne Montrachet Vieilles Vignes 2019 is a white wine produced by Domaine Amiot, obtained from years old Chardonnay vines that grow on limestone-clay soils. The yields are very low and this allows for a high aromatic concentration in the wines and an intense minerality.
For the production of this label, as for all the others of the Domaine Guy Amiot, great attention is paid to respecting the terroir and achieving the highest quality of the grapes.
After fermentation, the wine ages for about 18 months in French oak barriques. The Chassagne Montrachet Vieilles Vignes 2019 expresses to the eye a straw yellow color with golden reflections, the nose gives complex aromas of ripe fruit, flowers and mineral salts, while the sip is rich but balanced by a beautiful mineral freshness.
