Chavignol Rose 2019 Pascal Cotat
Chavignol Rose 2019 is a French rose wine from the Loire Valley produced by Pascal Cotat. Chavignol is a small town near Sancerre, but the climatic conditions are so different that Sauvignon first takes on completely different characteristics, as does Pinot Noir, from which this bottle is completely obtained. The grapes come from very old vines, about 60 years old, which is not disparate and after a partial maceration, we obtain this rosé wine with particular characteristics: bouquet of white flowers and citrus fruits, velvety and slightly mineral sip, persistent.
