Chianti Classico Riserva 2010 Castell'in Villa
Chianti Classico Riserva 2010 is a Tuscan red wine produced by Castell'in Villa. It is made from 100% Sangiovese grapes, the most characteristic vine of Tuscany. Fermentation occurs spontaneously with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel containers. The refinement is carried out in oak barrels for 36 months, and then, after bottling, for another 12 months directly in glass. This Chianti Classico produced by the Castell’in Villa winery presents itself to the eye with an intense ruby color. The nose is composed of a complex bouquet of floral notes, ripe cherries and elegant oriental spices. The sip is deep and elegant, with a long savory finish. An important Tuscan red wine perfect to be paired with structured red meat main courses.
