Clos de Lambrays is a very fine Burgundy wine produced by Domaine Des Lambrays. The Pinot Noir grapes come from the single-grape Grand Cru Clos des Lambrays, an area of great value where the soil composition is highly uneven. Its smooth slopes offer a diversity of exposures to the sun that are key to the wine's complexity. In the upper part, the Clos is mainly composed of marl while the lower clay is mixed with limestone. The wine is aged in the Domaine's underground cellars in oak barrels, half of which are renewed every year. This wine is considered one of the 100 best wines in the world and is a rare and sought-after bottle by wine lovers around the world.
