Combarnier Chardonnay 2020 Alexandre Jouveaux

Combarnier Chardonnay 2020 is a fine white Burgundy wine from Domaine Alexandre Jouveaux. A precious and elegant Chardonnay from a parcel of approximately 30-year-old vines growing on clay and limestone soils at about 320 metres above sea level, on the summit of Uchizy.

This wine is made using natural, sustainable and environmentally friendly winemaking methods. After direct pressing of the grapes and spontaneous fermentation, the wine is matured for one year in old wooden foudres.

Alexandre Jouveaux's Chardonnay Corbarnier 2020 shows a marvellous, luminous straw yellow colour in the glass, while the nose offers aromas of citrus fruits and mineral salts. In the mouth, the sip is very fresh and racy, characteristics that make it perfect for the summer season!
