The vinification process and 10-month aging in wooden barrels give the wine a complex and refined structure. As a winemaker of the new generation, Jérémy limits production to 1 or 2 barrels annually, with only 150-375 bottles. The 556 bottles of this Chardonnay, an oenological treasure, promise a unique and refined tasting experience.

Domaine Jeremy Recchione is a young up-and-comer of natural viticulture in Burgundy.Based in Gevrey Chambertin, the Domaine has estates in Gevrey, Saint Romain, Meursault, and Fizin, as well as in the Rhône, not far from Cornas. Jeremy Recchione currently produces only 2,500 bottles, but there is no doubt that he represents the future of Burgundian viticulture.
